Under the direction of the Executive Director, Nancy assists First Nations in preparing training proposals and employment plans. Through consultation with participating First Nations, Nancy determines local labour market needs, ensures legal and program requirements are met, as well as monitors approved projects. |
Under the direction of the ISET Program Coordinator, Bonnie provides employment advising and referral assistance to First Nation Citizens both on and off reserve. Duties also include assisting clients with career development and job search skills. Other tasks include receiving funding requests, interpreting funding criteria and preparing analysis for the board of directors. |

Under the direction of the PATP Co-ordinator, Rod supports the Pre-Apprenticeship Training Program (PATP) by liaising with all delivery partners to ensure program delivery requirements are successfully fulfilled. Rod lives in Thunder Bay and is also a member of Kiashke Zaaging Anishinabek signatory to the Robinson Superior Treaty. Roderick has worked towards an Aviation Management diploma while also working in many fields growing up such as Indigenous Sports & Wellness Ontario and Ka-Na-Chi-Hih where he gained skills working with indigenous people of all ages. He places his efforts in working towards building relations with his community and other First Nations, His passion is to one day provide support to his family and community for a better future. |
