The Store Attendant is responsible for the day-to-day operations and ensuring all customers are greeted, and treated with respect and professionalism. Participate in merchandising and promotional activities. Assist with the display and inventory management of all products. Using a POS system in order to accept all transactions. Maintain a high level of customer service, maintaining professionalism, and portray Shawanaga First Nation in a positive manner. Ensure prompt and efficient customer service.
The Child and Family Worker will represent Shawanaga First Nation band membership children, regardless of location, before the courts and will ensure the heritage, cultural traditions, identity and rights of Shawanaga First Nation children are protected and preserved by all parties involved in child welfare matters all well working in conjunction with the current Child and Family Worker.
The Child and Family Worker reports to the Executive Director and Chief and Council.
The Home Maker will assist the elderly and disabled with light housekeeping service to enable clients to remain in their homes and the community as long as it is safe to do so. The Home Maker will prevent, shorten or delay hospitalization and/or admission to a long-term care facility and prevent, shorten or delay deterioration and assist family caregivers to continue caring for their family members. Homemakers demonstrate sensitivity and respect for those in their care. The Home Maker reports to the Executive Director.
